Culture overview
We like our team members to have a curiosity and wonder about Bitcoin; whether through their own side projects, learning about the ecosystem or in many cases, even using it daily. We maintain a standard structure of daily stand ups and weekly reflection upon achieved results. We encourage personal skill development that mutually benefits the team member and the team; with some reasonable allowances and patience throughout the process. We strive to be clear and reasonable about expectations, honestly and constructively. Our team members work remotely; they have a high degree of flexibility around when and how they work; given that there is an understanding of the goals, total hours, deadlines and production. The end result is that team members have been able to work around family and life obligations with much less strain.
