GPUniq is an early-stage AI infrastructure startup building a meta-GPU cloud that makes high-performance compute more accessible and affordable. As we grow, we’re looking for people who want to work close to the product, take ownership, and help shape the foundation of the platform. We primarily hire engineers and operators who are comfortable working on complex, real-world systems. Current and upcoming roles focus on backend engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and platform reliability. This includes building orchestration logic, improving system stability, integrating new GPU providers, optimizing cost and performance, and refining the developer experience. We value candidates who are pragmatic, curious, and outcome-driven. You should be able to work independently, communicate clearly in writing, and make thoughtful technical decisions without excessive process. Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, Linux, containers, or high-load backends is highly relevant, but strong problem-solving skills matter more than specific tools. GPUniq is a remote-first company. We welcome candidates from anywhere in the world and operate asynchronously across time zones.
