However, these conversations are never captured systematically in a CRM. There is also the issue of leads falling through the cracks because of and poor handover between sales agents and lack of a systematic follow-up process. Moreover, a number for conversations and customer interactions over chat are templatized can be automated. We are building a world-class SaaS platform to solve these and more problems.
