The problem of finding an affordable right house in the city which was/is supposed to be our next home is something everyone knows and has faced. Surprisingly no one has taken any honest efforts to solve this. Those who pretended to be solving the rental issues were actually practising the same evils under a different name. Everyone have been trying to make money out of the same century old brokerage model hence leaving the situation unchanged and in fact leading to rent inflation.

We decided to solve this problem our way, the ideal way. As we say the ideal way is always the hardest one, We also anticipated a lot of resistance but instead of backing off, we validated our model in market.

We are a structural fintech startup, structuring up the current rental housing market providing the tenants and home owners with a single click end to end solution for all their renting needs while trying to explore the huge untapped financial potential of the sector as a source of investment.
