Gopher's vision is to turn the current home ownership and renting model upside down. It's outdated and not suited for modern adventurers, digital nomads and workationers that like to travel or work remotely from different locations to experience new destinations. Traditional home ownership limits people's freedom, mobility and ties them down geographically. Renting or staying in Airbnbs while going on global expeditions is like throwing money down the toilet. It's an expense and you don't accumulate any assets. We want to change this.

Gopher is creating a housing network that acquires low value property assets, rehabilitates them into high value assets and then puts them on chain. Assets are fractionalized, decentralized, and then distributed and sold into Gophers network via NFTs so people can freely buy, sell, own and collect them. Best of all, you get to enjoy living in the property assets. With its rent-to-earn model based on a generational mechanism, Gopher gives its members the freedom of renting but the benefits of ownership to build wealth.
