Goodblock is an emerging TEAL organization, and aims to work collaboratively with all employees to help solve some of the biggest problems facing Web 3 today. We have standup three times a week for the core team, and then allow employees to slice up the rest of the day as they wish. We do not clock hours, or track "time at work". We value an employee's contributions based on the timeliness and quality of the work done. We are a fully remote team, and do not plan on that changing any time soon (like, ever).
