We optimize one-stop service integrating investment, construction, property management, sale and lease of new communities. At the same time, we create a comfortable and convenient co-living community for new generations in North America, fulfilling customers’ demands to the largest extent. Student Housing We aim to provide leading housing service for young people in North America. We pursue excellent service quality and provide one-stop service of renting, buying, moving and partitioning for each customer. At present, we have completed 4 co-living communities on the West Coast and have provided service for more than 100 units across the states. Automobile We are conducting a feasibility test of automotive properties such as full-service auto facilities and certified service stations. A new car buying program has been launched by GoodBang in 2019. This program directly connects customers to auctions, which greatly reduces operating costs incurred in the purchase process. It also helps clients take care of ownership transference, vehicle registration, car insurance planning and titling on the spot. Groucar.com - our product that faces the main market stream has also entered the theoretical verificatication phase.
