The company launched in January 2020, after Dr. Becky Kennedy discovered that parents knew the type of parent they wanted to be, but didn't have a pathway to get there. Parents yearned for advice and tools to help them form deeper connections with their children even during the most difficult moments of parenting. Dr. Becky filled this void. She shares deep ideas about child development and psychology and translates them into actionable, concrete strategies and scripts that parents can use in their home that day. The Good Inside Community is based on the idea that all parents (and kids!) are doing the best they can with the resources they have available at that moment - and as we empower parents with more resources, from skills to knowledge to connection with other parents - they feel better inside and do better on the outside. With a community of over 800,000 parents from all over the globe, Good Inside is interrupting the parenting space, sharing ways of working with kids that lead to deeper.
