Good Health Geek offers workplace wellness education programs that help employees understand how everyday nutrition affects energy, focus, and mood.

Our programs translate complex biological science into simple, practical insights employees can immediately apply to their daily lives.

GHG centers around a 40-minute Guided Discovery Session that explains the connection between nutrition and how people feel and function during the workday.

Employees are then offered a private at-home nutrition screen (lab-processed) that helps them identify potential food sensitivities and nutrient gaps. Results are completely private between the employee and the lab.

Participants also receive:

a Companion Guide explaining food-mood connections

Personal access to a nutrition coach for guidance
