When operators see an increase in the pressure, they automatically assume that opening the bypass
line is the only solution, whereas the actual problem could be elsewhere.
Operators sometimes forgets to turn oÅ a bypass line even after a batch production is completed
Often there are potential leakages in the pressure valves leading to loss of steam.
We have installed temperature sensor in the bypass lines.
Whenever the temperature rises above the ideal temperature range of 32°C - 45°C for Deo-header
and 40°C - 60° C for bleacher-header, the sensors send alert notiÈcations to the plant manager.
