"I joined the Copia team after five years of managing non-profit kitchens. The roadblocks I came across in my everyday work were the very problems Copia was equipped to solve. Playing a role in helping to reduce food insecurity has always been important to me, and Copia walks the talk of their mission. Everyone in the company is passionate about making a difference.
