For the past 9 years, I've been business partners with Food Network baker, Duff Goldman and led our custom cakes business, DIY cake decorating business and licensing business. There are two related problems I want to solve: 1) existing marketplaces are not designed to meet the unique needs of bakeries (Chowbus) and 2) the process by which coffee shops, cafes and restaurants find their bakeries is inefficient (Faire).
