People at Goa Waterproofing Service

At Goa Waterproofing Service, what sets us apart isn’t just the quality of our work—it’s the people behind it. We’re a growing team that thrives on trust and teamwork. Whether it’s our site team managing roof waterproofing in Assagao, Siolim, Verna and Moide, or executing a terrace waterproofing project in Porvorim, Anjuna, Aldona and surrounding areas in Goa, everyone here takes real pride in the work we do. Leadership is hands-on and grounded—no fancy titles or layers of red tape. Our founder still visits job sites and personally checks in on customer feedback. We believe in clear communication, honest timelines, and solutions that actually last. That’s the same approach we bring to our team. No micromanaging, just support where it’s needed. We work hard, but we also laugh a lot—on-site and off. From early morning chai to end-of-day debriefs, there’s a strong sense of “we’re in this together.” Many of our technicians started as helpers and grew into leads. If you show up with a good attitude and a willingness to learn, there’s always room for you to grow here. Goa Waterproofing Service is a great place for people who want to work with purpose, solve real problems, and be part of a close-knit team that’s genuinely proud of what they build—rain or shine. A good example of this is to look at some of the projects we've executed in Alto Porvorim, Salvador du mundu, Arpora, Pilerne and Candolim. Rajesh Naik Founder & Operations Lead Rajesh started Goa Waterproofing Service after years of working in on-site construction and repair across Goa. He’s usually the first to arrive on site and the last to leave. From quoting jobs to troubleshooting unexpected leaks, he’s hands-on with every part of the business. He believes in earning trust through real work—not sales talk. Anjali D'Souza Customer Experience & Scheduling Anjali is the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call us. She handles scheduling, follow-ups, and keeps projects running smoothly behind the scenes.
