About The Job

The Red Hat Commercial Services organization is looking for a Project Manager to join us remotely in the western U.S.

• Support enterprise customers implementing automated and containerized cloud application platform solutions
• Learn new technologies quickly, including topics like container orchestration, container registries, container build strategies, and microservices on container platforms

• Review requests from Sales to adapt standard language into non-standard contract language for complex non-standard contracts
• Request and assemble Legal team and Deal team input to draft non-standard terms for complex contracts

• Design, develop, and maintain test environments and automated test suites
• Develop test cases in Python and maintain a thorough understanding of the functionality of our offerings

• Analyze some of the existing reference architecture designs, distill associated software integration requirements and create plans that identify necessary development.
• Generate and analyze test output to determine if system software updates are needed.

• Become the technical leader at assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships to better understand their goals, challenges and desired outcomes and become the trusted advisor to their technical teams. Must be able to articulate what business the customer is in and how the sales or technical engagement impact the customer’s business.

• Collect and document input from internal finance teams, Red Hat customers, and stakeholders to understand customer needs and requirements.
• Conduct competitive analysis by researching financial performance and metrics of competitors, documenting insights on strengths and weaknesses.
