Red Hat's Technical Account Management team is looking for an enterprise-level engineer to join us remotely as an OpenShift Technical Account Manager (TAM) in the Southeastern U.S.

• Follow up on inbound marketing leads
• Cross collaborative work with the Sales and Marketing teams to uncover sales leads in new territories through cold calls

• Direct complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

• Lead model selection, optimization and serving decisions on Red Hat AI: vLLM, llm-d, LLM Compressor, the validated model catalog, and hardware profiles across NVIDIA, AMD and other accelerators.
• Baseline and reduce inference cost per use case (cost per million tokens, GPU utilization) using GuideLLM benchmarks and recipe-based optimization, and decide with evidence whether to prompt, ground or tune a model for a task.

• Become a trusted adviser within Red Hat's customer base; build solid, lasting relationships with customers
• Provide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex solutions

• Develop data solutions using SQL and Python to transform, validate, and analyze complex datasets, enabling accurate and timely insights.
• Manage and provide technical leadership for a global team of Data Engineers and Business Analysts, including task prioritization, code reviews, and professional development while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and standards.
