• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and technology-related positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders to define staffing needs, role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.

• Lead end-to-end product development from ideation, discovery, validation, and roadmap creation through MVP launch and product iteration.
• Evaluate AI architectures and recommend the most appropriate approach (LLMs, traditional AI/ML, or hybrid solutions) based on business objectives.
