GLEDE creates a fintech&eCommerce platform where transactions between two parties are authorized by a third. We will first use the platform to redefine the giftcard industry.

Giftcards is a mature yet growing market, generating 131bn USD annually in the US and 10bn USD in Scandinavia in sales. But 10-40% of gift cards are never used by consumers (5bn in NO), and this so-called spillage is kept by the card issuer.

GLEDE will be the preferred gifting solution, offering consumers fair giftcards with a built-in pay-forward solution, thus eliminating spillage. We offer a digitally native solution that (1) is with the consumer at all times (mobile solution); (2) will be valid anywhere where mobile payment is accepted or where GLEDE's own Merchant Application is used; and (3) is easy and fun to use (purchases can be made with just a couple of clicks).

We access the market by partnering with banks that market mobile wallets.
