We are the ONLY app specifically for GBTQ+ men that prioritizes connection, belonging, community, and kindness. When GBTQ+ men want connections online with their community their main resource is hookup apps which dominate the space ($3B U.S.); at the same time, hookup apps are rife with harmful interactions. For example, 7 out of 10 users of Grindr feel worse, not better, after using the app and more than half of hookup app users want an alternative. There is a gap in the market, and with greater awareness of apps being unsafe for queer people, the time is right for Gleam. Launching in U.S., Canada, and U.K, we envision a global reach to GBTQ+ men in every corner of the world.
