That same methodology helps in-house counsel meet the needs of their organization faster, without increasing cost or headcount.

We believe in raising others up. We’ve worked with some of the largest law firms in Canada & the US. Now we’re bringing the same services to solo & small firm lawyers around the world. And through our scholarship program, we’re empowering African women to build & grow their law firms. We’re expanding the scholarship program to include Indigenous lawyers in Canada.

We’ve pivoted from the traditional in-person approach to management consulting, creating a unique virtual consulting service and a powerful online education program. In July, we launched a subscription-based membership. 

Through the Practice Accelerator Membership, we inspire confidence & action in lawyers who feel trapped in inefficient & frustrating practices by teaching them clear, step-by-step strategies that will give them more freedom to do what they love while making good money & building a legal practice that they can grow & scale for years to come.
