Users are able to discover local musicians' original songs on GigTown Radio, see where they are playing around town, and even book them for gigs. The GigTown platform connects venues, musicians, and fans. Helping venues easily book live music programs means more gigs for musicians and delivers a unique dining experience to guests. GigTown was founded in San Diego in 2014 and has since stretched its reach to markets including Seattle, Austin, and Nashville with many more to come. Our passion is at the intersection of music and technology, our customer is local music as a whole, and we believe that if we can serve it well enough, we will change the way people think about their city's music. When that happens, the music industry might just change as well.
