When a customer brings their car in for service, the service department can use GetTransparency to record a video highlighting the condition of the car. The video is then texted or emailed to the customer and they can watch it from any web browser. The repair shop can then text back and forth with the customer from the GetTransparency platform. When customers see and understand the work that is being recommended, they are much more likely to purchase.
