GetMotivatedBuddies is looking for a skilled software developer to join our team as CTO/Developer on a part-time basis (25 hours/week). The ideal candidate should have expertise in React.js, Redux, Django, Python, and AWS and a passion for machine learning. Bonus points if you have experience in UX/UI design. As a social platform focused on promoting behavior change for individuals with ADHD, GetMotivatedBuddies serves both consumer and business markets, including hospitals and organizations. Our B2C subscription-based model has already attracted paying and committed users, and we are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those with ADHD. As CTO/Developer, you will have a crucial role in maintaining the stability of our platform and developing new features to support its growth. Working closely with the founder, you will play a significant role in shaping the direction of the platform and prioritizing tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is accountable, committed to the success of our users, and the company, and can effectively manage their own workload. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company, in exchange for equity with the possibility of a future salary based on agreed-upon milestones.
