• Calibrate/service electrical or electronic medical equipment and test instruments according to technical manuals and written instructions.
• Provide service depot, on-site and telephone technical service support for the installation, inspection, repair and preventative maintenance of products for customers.

• Work with project leads and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, functional ownership, and completion criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, action items, risks, dependencies, decisions, and required project documentation.

• Support sustaining engineering activities for released medical device products.
• Investigate product complaints, manufacturing nonconformances, field issues, and returned product failures.

• Initiate, scope and lead projects for new quality training programs according to the Global Quality Training Strategy
• Capture and analyze user needs, define solutions, tools, propose new ways of working

• Organ Testing: Support collection and analysis of porcine organs, including but not limited to the following activities
• Setup and breakdown of experiments

• 3D Modeling & Prototyping: Utilize SolidWorks to create 3D parts, engineering drawings, functional prototypes, and experimental fixtures.
• Benchtop Testing:Develop and execute rigorous benchtop test methods to evaluate new medical devices for development.

• Works in team setting and works independently with minimal oversight.
• Supports production / manufacturing.

• Process verification and validation activities related to the manufacture of medical device products as well as updates/optimizations to existing commercial products.

• As a CAPA Coordinator, provide principal level expertise support and oversight to CAPA activities to ensure effective and timely CAPAs.
• Guide cross-functional teams through the CAPA request/CAPA process.

• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance, profitability, and growth of a specific product category or categories for US and Global.
• Independently negotiate costing and timelines with vendors on raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure timely delivery.

• Define and execute product strategy and multi-generational roadmaps, ensuring every product is Valuable, Usable, Feasible, and Viable – and in alignment with corporate goals and objectives
• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: business case, requirements definition, development partnership, launch, and post-launch optimization.

• Responsible for ensuring product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.
• Responsible for the writing and execution of tests, and reporting of issues

• Perform all activities in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EU MDR 2017/745, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Establish, maintain, remediate, and continuously improve Risk Management Files for medical devices throughout product development and commercialization.
