Our project deals with prediction based mechanisms where we calculate success probabilities for future growth and inclinations. We adapt those inputs to provide user with automated career guides. Especially at university level, these problems are evident. Technical innovation is not enough to solve this problem of early unemployment or poor job fitment, we are using innovative research along with an unorthodox business solution to disrupt the way fresher hiring is being done at university level. The 'WHY'?of project Job search is painful process even with the brightest of skills, so we thought of improving it. We have been through career transitions. Even seemingly simple challenges like looking for job, transition between roles prove to be challenging to an individual... and there are few avenues for help and support. , now there is! It takes small steps to gather the courage to make a leap.
