Germ Network is on a mission to build healthy communication tools, starting with a secure messenger for Gen Z. Our unique product combines tradeable identity cards with an end-to-end encrypted messenger.

We are an ambitious and pragmatic team with a passion for helping Gen Z and Millennials, especially those from marginalized communities, feel safer online. Our CEO Tessa Brown, PhD, is a former Stanford literacy educator with a passion for empowering youth communicators. Our new technology is led by our CTO Mark Xue, Apple's former privacy engineer for iMessage, FaceTime, iCloud and Safari, Germ's messenger allows users to be social and connected without sacrificing control online.

As a registered benefit corporation, our goal is to empower billions of people to form and nurture healthy digital relationships with our software.
