Gencove careers

Gencove is a spinout of the New York Genome Center. We developed inexpensive and scalable systems (imputation and analysis software, scalable library prep methods) for low-pass sequencing as an alternative to genotyping arrays. Low-pass sequencing returns significantly more data, statistical power, and it allows for imputation quality that outperforms commonly-used genotyping arrays, at a lower cost.

We've been successfully offering our technology as a service, and now we are also scaling the software and library prep kits so labs/companies can start doing cost-effective low-pass sequencing themselves.
