Our business is all about networking (accessibility), reading (identifying trends), execution (making the investment), helping the portfolio companies and finally exit. We divide our working hours accordingly. Discussions are mainly on how to improve ourselves every day in what we are doing and across the startup ecosystem. We are passionate about our work and love doing what we do. We are founder friendly in true sense and add value to our portfolio companies wherever, we can. Being an early stage investor, we do play a role in shaping the company and the direction it takes. We are very serious about this fiduciary responsibility on our shoulders. Hence building a culture of gratitude is most important for us. As investors we have many biases, and hence we encourage first principle thinking, cross-functional application of learning which results in superior insights and then validating them to build our internal investment thesis.
