The platform has features to facilitate the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of solar photovoltaic systems, in which the system operator/installer can monitor the system performance and the utility bill of the units to be compensated. The solution also offers to the installer an easy way to offer O&M plans through recurring payments and subscription plans. The platform displays plant generation data on its panel (receives data from several inverter models and manufactures), plant O&M management tool, communication channel with customers and billing calculation. Our customers are PV system installers interested on offering better technical assistance to PV system owners. The business model is based on Software as a service (SAAS) and includes differentiated plans of subscription along with other features, such as an O&M plan with a monitoring app, operation alerts and automatic generation of monthly performance reports that are sent to the end user.
