As a new member of the Gazemetrix team, you will be part of a team that is great both technically as well as personally, has a great deal of respect for each other and takes pride in getting things done. Participate in product management functions and contribute the to the product's roadmap. Communicate (both in writing and orally) with our customers (fortune 100 companies) on a regular basis. At Gazemetrix, every team-member does customer interaction. It's not mandatory but highly encouraged for your own personal development as well as for you to understand how our customers think. Get to work on anything you like in the company. We work with a wide range of technologies - Data-mining, front-end (JavaScript), middle-tier (flask, Python), back-end APIs (also flask, Python) and large scale storage systems (MongoDB, ElasticSearch) and we actively encourage our employees to try their hands on things that they have never done. For example - running our marketing booth at a conference, or doing a sales presentation to a fortune 100 client. Again, it's not mandatory but, we'd like to see you grow beyond what you generally think your limits are. In summary, there's a lot of shit that we get done. You'd be welcome to call dibs on anything and everything that we do. We're a good bunch of people and we take care of each other.
