Home office stipend
Employees are eligible for a $500 Work From Home stipend after 3 months of employment. This stipend is prorated for the first year.

We meet up in-person once a year for a couple of days to spend time together and play games!

Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
We cover 100% of medical & life insurance, 99% of dental premiums, and 75% of vision premiums for our employees. We cover 50% of employees' dependents' premiums. 💖
401(k) program
Gamesight now offers a 401(k) option for its employees with 3% company matching. New employees become eligible to opt in to this program after 30 days of employment.
Paid parental leave
Becoming and being a parent is one of the most important jobs many people have in their life. As a small company, we’ll do our best to support you during this time. At this time, we provide four weeks of paid leave.

Flexible PTO with a minimum suggestion of 10 days off per year plus holidays. We observe 11 holiday closures & from Christmas Eve to New Years we observe a Week Without (without meetings, stand-ups, etc.).

Employees are eligible for a $1,000 annual Learning & Development stipend ($500 during the first year, prorated) that can be used to learn new skills, stack up new certifications, or attend educational events!

We host monthly meetups for our team members located in the Seattle area, as well as virtual game nights and events for our dispersed team.
Gaming stipend
The first Principle of Gamesight is, “🎮 Gaming is our core.” Therefore, every employee at Gamesight has $500 available to spend, each year, on video game consoles or games. This stipend is prorated for the first year of employment.
