Gail & Judy is looking for THE co-founder! Gail & Judy is the first digital solution to swap pre-loved fashion items. We are looking for a co-founder. You will develop an early stage project that will provide unique service to customers in the second-hand market, and hopefully introduce a new way to consume. What you’ll need: • Live in the US. • At least 5-8 years of work experience. • You have a rare mix of strategic thinking and get things done attitude. You can identify opportunities to help drive our project, improve our existing product and have the skills necessary to drive a growth hacking strategy. • Hustle: You thrive in an ambiguous environment – you demonstrate problem-solving leadership and operate with limited oversight anticipating needs and potential roadblocks and addressing them. • Exceptional Communication Skills: You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key take aways, and disseminate actionable insights across a variety of audiences and skill-sets. You know the right way to communicate information (Presentations, Emails, Meetings). • Integrity: You act with professionalism and exemplify honesty and integrity. • You are analytical and strategic. You have a pragmatic sense of the right questions to ask and how to get things done without ‘boiling the ocean’. As a co-founder you will develop a new startup from scratch. You’ll identify problems, scope the market opportunities and drive implementation of the concepts for the development of the startup. You will be given full responsibility for the success of the start-up. Needless to say, Gail & Judy is not offering a position as an employee but a position as a full co-founder where you will receive a large percentage of equity share of the start-up.
