Each full-time employee is offered health & dental through Equitable Life on their start date. We cover 100% of the cost of the benefits package.

Flexible pto

We’re flexible when it comes to vacation days. All full-time employees are entitled to three weeks of vacation per calendar year. We’ll also accommodate reasonable requests for additional vacation days.

Holiday office shutdown

No one should work during the holidays. The Gadget office will be closed so you can spend your time with your loved ones.
