Culture overview
We believe in leanness (goes well with fitness too) as a team & look for ownership as a primary trait in all our future people. A company such as ours, that's into behaviour change and hence deals with human emotions a bit more than say a typical transactional product, a good deal of passion for fitness & wellbeing really helps. We have runners, mediation lovers, cyclists, climbers in our team and most of our investors & advisors are fitness lovers as well. Some of our core cultural themes that we don't preach much but definitely practice are transparency, genuine care for the user, over-communication, ownership & balanced living. We definitely do burn the midnight oil at times, being a growing startup, but we value personal time off-work & want our team to spend time on hobbies & fun. Saturdays sometimes can bring in some work, being active, playing it by the week.
