We are a group of highly technical software engineers. We spend most of our time writing code or chatting in discord. We try to be available during the day PST or CST time but are also extremely flexible - we believe employees should work when they feel energized and productive. It's an infant-stage startup, so we work at all hours, but we never pressure anyone. It's all about balance.
