The Role

The Company:

FullPath (Clearwater, FL) is an early stage SAAS (Software as a Service) that provides an end-to-end CMMS platform for depot and field service operations within any industry. We provide an extensive, and growing, set of features designed to centralize functions and help businesses run more smoothly and efficiently. Our goal is to become the first choice for depot and field service businesses and the standard in the industry.

The Position:

As a sales representative you will be expected to use your knowledge of the market and external contacts to increase sales. The representative will implement sales and marketing strategy and tactics to gain new customers and achieve sales and profit goals in a designated geographic territory.

• Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.
• Represent FullPath values in all dealings with Clients, Suppliers and Colleagues.
• Ensure communication and relationships with Clients, Suppliers and Colleagues is excellent and allows FullPath to deliver world class service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.
• Use company order processing & CRM systems in line with procedure.
• New business development, from either FullPath clients; generated leads, referrals or own knowledge base.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service and support.
• Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
• Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each order is passed to the Production Coordinator to agreed standards.
• Working with wider team to resolve problem orders.
• Identify prospects and pass leads to FullPath where appropriate.
• Provide onboarding to new customers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must have strong knowledge of web-based (SAAS) software preferably ERP and CMMS type software.
• The ideal candidate will have knowledge within depot and field service operations, examples include appliance repair, electronics repair, computer repair, etc.
• At least three years’ experience in a sales, marketing, or similar role.
• Strong preference for a candidate with a successful track record of developing new business accounts.
• Ability to operate in a small company environment that requires hands-on implementation, optimal use of limited resources and an ability to work closely with others in a team setting.
• Successful track record of interaction with customers. Able to close business and drive accelerated growth.
• Self-starter – individual needs to be proactive and persistent in achieving the company’s customer development, relations management, and business objectives.
• Ability to maintain client and sales management and tracking systems in an orderly manner.
• Excellent team player, with strong communication skills within and outside the organization.
• Travel may be required for conferences, account visits, possibly up to 25%.
• Employee must have stable internet and use their own computer and cell phone.
Earnings and Work Environment:
• This is a work-from-home opportunity and available to any qualified US-sales person. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you.
• Uncapped earning potential with generous residual commission. The commission will be paid to the sales representative for new clients upon conversion.
