Fruit Street is a Digital Diabetes Prevention + Weight Loss Program. More than 84 million Americans have prediabetes and are at risk for developing Type 2 diabetes. Our CDC recognized program helps individuals lose 5-7% of their weight to reduce their risk for type 2 diabetes through:
○ Video chat classes with a Registered Dietitian
○ Taking pictures of food within our mobile application
○ Support from other Fruit Street participants
○ Tracking with wireless devices (Fitbit Activity Tracker™ + wireless scale)

Video chat classes with a Registered Dietitian cover a variety of health and wellness topics including meal planning, tips for eating away from home, and ways to increase daily physical activity.
