FreshFry has created the Pod. A pre-packaged, ready-to-use, oil filter made to work directly in the frying oil. The Pod uses patent pending technology and materials to extend the life of frying oil. It replaces complicated, expensive, and messy filtering products on the market today. The customer base is anyone frying food for profit, but the target customers are large Quick Service/Fast Food brands. The FreshFry Pod will disrupt the restaurant industry by providing an oil life extension capability that performs better by design; and by process saves labor, simplifies procedures, increases compliance, increases fryer availability, promotes sustainability, and ultimately makes the kitchen safer and cleaner.
