Hiring: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: This individual will be responsible for all of the following: Owner of the FREQUENCY Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok handles Develop a content calendar and integrated content strategy that aligns with Frequency’s core values and goals Use of Hootsuite to schedule, manage, plan, and submit posts Conduct A/B tests of creative, targeting, placements of paid Facebook and Instagram ads and optimize performance Measuring and analyzing key metrics and performance across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok Ownership of UTM parameters and best practices, and post tracking YOUR EXPERIENCE: At least 3+ years of experience managing social media strategy at a consumer wellness startup or established brand Experience directly owning and successfully scaling the IG and Facebook channels, ideally of a health/wellness brand Expertise and knowledge of best practices across channels, including IG Reels, IG stories, IGTV, IG Highlights, giveaways, and other social best practice Exceptional copywriting ability; ability to quickly produce writing that aligns with the Frequency brand voice, tone Strategic thinker; able to develop a social content strategy that incorporates class promotion, teacher promotion, quotes by inspirational thinkers and leaders, testimonials A creative and visual storyteller Savvy and comfort with light visual design; comfort using Canva Pro to develop visual designs that align with the FREQUENCY brand Collaborative team player A scrappy, can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude If interested, please send resume and cover letter to: [email protected] with your name, your LinkedIn profile, and three recommendations on how you would scale the current FREQUENCY Instagram handle (instagram.com/frequencymind).
