• Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and tactics across multiple projects, with a focus on commercial readiness and launch execution

• Define the strategy and architecture to build fully automated NGS workflows that deliver Freenome’s next generation diagnostic products
• Drive and evaluate resulting system performance, speed and throughput, and identify root causes for system-level issues and failures

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the most complex Research or Development Programs and lead initiatives to proactively identify opportunities, evaluate prototype assays
• Influence technology adoption, product design, publications, IP, and business strategy by providing sound technical input that balances technical and business objectives

• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communications strategies aligned with Freenome's vision, goals, and brand identity
• Lead the development of messaging, positioning, and narratives to effectively communicate Freenome's value proposition, achievements, and industry leadership

• Design and implement Identity Management architecture solutions that meet business requirements and integrate with existing system infrastructures
• Design and execute the migration plan for existing Identity Management solution to Entra ID

• Responsible for the development, implementation and support of solution roadmaps for Commercial, Clinical, and Quality organizations
• Partner with Commercial, Engineering, and external vendors to develop, implement, and support Salesforce, Veeva Promomat roadmap for successful commercialization

• Participate in strategic planning for current and future laboratory services
• Core team member to establish necessary laboratory performance metrics to achieve and sustain outstanding quality and customer service

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a compelling product vision and strategy for order-to-cash solutions, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to bring this vision to life, ensuring that products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations

• Spearhead the development and execution of market access strategies to enhance patient access, secure reimbursement, and encourage product adoption
• Lead coding, coverage, and pricing initiatives to ensure reimbursement for our CRC screening test upon FDA approval and future product pipeline

• Provide direct, strategic and tactical leadership to your department
• Provide leadership in developing new strategies, methodologies, and solutions to improve execution towards department- and company-level objectives

• Conduct market research (secondary and primary) to analyze market dynamics and unmet needs of patients, payers, providers, and less traditional healthcare delivery channels
• Ideate and prioritize products that would support patients throughout their CRC testing process

• Apply knowledge of molecular biology, nucleic-acid biochemistry, and next-generation sequencing to develop assays for DNA, including genome-wide and targeted approaches
• Participate in experimental design and independently plan and execute mission-critical experiments to optimize and characterize assay performance

• Receive all inbound materials to support Clinical and R&D Operations
• Ship all outbound materials in accordance with DOT regulations
