Frame is a pre-launch mental wellness network offering a multi-dimensional approach to therapy. On the platform, you can participate anonymously in our therapist-lead digital workshops, or match one-on-one for video or in-person sessions. This is your one-stop-shop for therapy. 

The founders who are building Frame are Kendall Bird - former Snap, Youtube, Google Product Marketing Lead, and Sage Grazer - a Clinical Psychotherapist practicing for over 8 years. The company is backed by strong VC and Entertainment investors and is gearing up for launch in April 2020.

Frame offers two ways to get started: workshops and therapy

Digital Workshops:
Our anonymous, interactive online workshops are led by licensed therapists from the Frame network, and designed to leave you with tangible tools for real life. Tune in when and where it works for you, as a supplement to your in-person sessions, or as a convenient way to explore specific topics and learn about what gets talked about in therapy.

Therapy:
Answer a few quick questions about yourself, and we'll find trusted therapists near you who can meet your specific needs. Choose from a personalized selection of professionals, and schedule your first appointment through Frame with the confidence you've found just the right match for you
