They don't want to be in meeting especially with the clients. And so as a policy we just don't do that with them and they tend to really appreciate and enjoy working here a lot. Every Monday will sync with the rest of the product teams, our product manager, project manager, we'll all sync to create a plan for the week. And then, every morning we do check-ins on Slack to see who's blocked, like how we can help each other out, what's going on, what's the plan for the day. And then additionally, we'll also have usually one meeting per week with each client. For communication, 90% that we have takes place at Notion or Slack. And so that's a very core piece of how our company is structured
