foundertruth careers

Foundertruth is building an AI-powered operating system for incubators and accelerators.

Startup programmes often rely on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and periodic reports to manage founders and measure progress. We want to bring these workflows into one platform, helping incubation teams manage cohorts, coordinate tasks and mentors, track milestones, and identify execution gaps.

Our platform combines structured startup assessments, founder progress tracking, programme workflows, and AI-powered guidance to help incubators make more informed decisions and support founders throughout their journeys.

We're at an early stage, building and validating the product while working toward our first paying institutional customers. We're focused on solving real operational problems, learning directly from incubators, and building a sustainable B2B SaaS business.

We're looking for people who enjoy taking ownership, working through ambiguity, and building useful products from the ground up.
