Foundational helps early-stage startups expedite their pursuit of venture capital.

We do this by resolving the information asymmetry that exists between founders and their prospective investors. VCs evaluate hundreds of deals per month and therefore know what the top tier opportunities look like, but founders know very little about these expectations. As a result, the typical early-stage raise often takes well over 6-months as founders learn how to align with the market. Prolonged roadshows pose a great operational risk and negatively impact valuations.

With Foundational, founders proactively understand and meet investor expectations so they can focus on operations and efficiently raise capital. In 2019, we expect to work with ~50 startups seeking to raise $1M-$15M in venture capital financing.
