At Foundation, our leadership blends deep expertise in AI, data science, and regulated industries. Co-founders Tommy Jones and Kevin Compher bring decades of experience from institutions like In-Q-Tel, the SEC, BMW, and the Federal Reserve. Tommy, a PhD statistician and veteran, leads with a focus on building transparent, trustworthy AI. Kevin, a serial founder and systems expert, has scaled products and infrastructure across government and high-growth tech. Together with CTO James Campbell—an experienced builder of language data systems at Primer and Anduril—our team is uniquely equipped to turn unstructured narratives into insights that drive decisions in industries where accuracy and trust are paramount.
