Our founding team has a strong track record in consumer products, having previously founded a business that has helped millions of customers improve their health. But we are sick and tired of producing plastic waste from packaging. The US supplement industry generates millions of pounds of plastic waste each year. There's something wrong with taking the best of Mother Nature's ingredients to improve our health and repaying her with plastic waste - don't you think? We certainly do. That's why we started Fos. Fos is the Greek word for light. It describes our promise to shine light on the opaque supply chains and unsustainable habits of the supplement industry. As supplement industry insiders, we grew frustrated with its addiction to single-use plastic and dishonest labeling. That frustration led us to found Fos. Its calling? Make biodegradable packaging and transparent supply chains the industry standard by 2025. Away with single-use plastic. Away with opaque supply chains and shady labeling. In with transparent, enlightened nutrients that amplify health while playing nice with the planet. Fos will radically change a multi-billion dollar industry. We will save the planet from millions of pieces of plastic each year, and improve the health of millions of people at the same time. It's going to be a long journey but we are so excited to be on it! We are now looking for our first hire - Growth Marketing Lead! You will be employee #1, an integral member of the founding team, and help shape the company’s strategy, brand and culture. You’ll work directly with the CEO and we’ll want your opinion on every decision we make as a business (not just marketing). This is not an ordinary “job”; we expect our team to take pride in our mission and be ambassadors for the brand. The work will be intense, intellectually stimulating and fast-paced.
