This is an industry that is not known for their customer experience and consumers usually make the decision on what Cleaners to use solely based on proximity. We want to change that and become the go-to national laundry service (starting with NYC)! Our mission is to make it easy and affordable for consumers to take laundry day off their to-do list. We want to accomplish that by getting rid of the traditional per pound pricing model and replacing it with a subscription based model that removes the hidden fees that make outsourcing this chore expensive.
