The PM, through the guidance of the customer, will create a detailed timeline and schedule for the entire process after customer acceptance of the contract. This includes the entire process of permitting, site/foundation requirements, construction engineering, and post-sale design modifications. The PM will be proactive in handling variables that occur unexpectedly throughout the project.
