Fact: 80% of retail clothing stores fail within the first five years. The reasons include low customer retention, tough competition and lack of marketing expertise. Boutikey provides a focused, digital platform that creates and enhances relationships between boutiques and their customers, overall leading to increased exposure, sustainability, and growth for their business. Boutiques are able to enhance relationships with their customers using the Boutikey platform because it enables them to provide their customers with exclusive offers and a loyalty program. There are also discovery features of the app that help create new relationships for boutiques. Some of these discovery features include current offers, trending products and a nearby section. Within 4 months of launching we were able to sign 70 boutiques in the Boston area, and have acquired over 1100 active users. The key to our success is that we understand these store owner's every day struggles, and found a product that can really help fix them. We're looking for a CTO who can jump right in and build version 2.0 of the app, as well as a customized e-commerce platform. We're helping to save the fashion boutique industry, one store at a time.
