Our platform allows clients to enter details about their food items including the ingredients, origin of ingredients, production steps and waste streams in order to calculate the impact of the product for its entire lifecycle. We are in the process of developing much more fine-grained specificity and therefore more accurately modelling the food product’s lifecycle.
