Procurement for the F&B industry is incredibly complex yet still relies heavily on pen, paper, fax and e-mail. The result is high levels miscommunication which drives losses in time, resources and money. Panier aims to streamline the procurement process by directly connecting buyers and suppliers onto one platform. So far, we have gained strong initial customer validation and are revising the prototype to achieve superior product market fit.
