We started in 2013 and bootstrapped over the years. From a B2C product to a B2B product that really took off after Covid when we started focusing on QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) & multi-chain restaurants. The restaurant industry is still not well developed from a digital standpoint. Only 2 areas have been touched extensively by restaurant tech, namely "POS" and Delivery but hardly anything for the back of house. One of the reasons is lack of / or insufficient data landscape. Therefore old legacy tech is still considered as state of the art.
We have been working for years with suppliers and have developed a process to support suppliers in digitizing their data. This is the foundation for the prevention of foodwaste and a successfull digitization of the supply chain within a restaurant. It is also the basis for a transparent and controllable value chain.
